Directions: From the M55 - Leave the motorway onto Yeadon Way and follow the road, going straight on when it curves around through the city centre car parks. At mini roundabout after that curve take a right and then immediately turn left at the road. Take the next left and then turn right onto the Promenade. Take the fourth right after Blackpool Tower onto Cocker Square and Libertys will be on the left.The Liberty’s on the Square Hotel has a car park with a limited amount of priority spaces, these can be reserved at £6.00 per day. Advanced booking is highly recommended. There is a public car park nearby, charges apply.
Blackpool Tower is an iconic landmark with so much to offer. Its Ballroom is simply sensational and offers visitors the opportunity to dance through the day to the famous Wurlitzer organ. Take afternoon tea in style on the edge of the dance floor with a delicious selection of clotted cream scones and jam, sandwiches, cake and a fresh brew.
This award-winning attraction was built in 1972 and continues to capture the imagination of its visitors, young and old. It features hundreds of models across over 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens, with curiosities ranging from a peaceful Cornish fishing village to the Scottish Castle with its guardsmen.
A little further along the coast is this traditional coastal market with more than 150 stalls, all housed in three indoor heated halls, together with a range of outdoor stalls. You’ll find just about everything on offer here, including a great selection of clothing, jewellery and household goods at low prices.
The multi award-winning zoo is set across 32 acres of beautiful parkland and provides a home to hundreds of animals, including mammals, birds, reptiles, arthropods and amphibians.
