The Prince of Wales Hotel is the ideal venue for conferences, meetings, exhibitions and many other corporate events. The Berkeley Suite is well equipped with its own soundproof partition, private bar and reception area as well as access to the patio and gardens, making it a very flexible working area. We also have the Dursley room which can be used for smaller board meetings and discussion groups.

We offer packages and various options with regards to refreshments, meals and accommodating your guests for overnight stays within our hotel. This ensures that the event can meet your exact requirements and can be tailored to your specific needs.

The Hotel boasts easy access for all delegates and visitors, as we are situated on the A38 approximately 6 miles from junction 13 and 14 of the M5. We also have an extensive car park which offers ample free space for approximately 100 cars.

Suite Specifications and Configurations

The Berkeley Suite

The Berkeley Suite is ideal for many conference layouts and styles. You can book the suite as a whole, or for smaller groups we can divide the room using the soundproof partition. The Berkeley Suite offers the space to have your buffet lunch within the same room (or alternately lunch can be served in the 75 seat restaurant) in total there are 9 double sockets a telephone point and Wi-Fi. There is easy access to the main bar, garden and patio area. For privacy the function bar can be booked in advance. All facilities are located on the ground floor.

The Dursley Suite

The Dursley Suite is a more intimate room, ideal for board meetings, interviews, and smaller discussion groups. It is located on the first floor, and finger buffets can be served within the room itself, but hot lunches are generally served in the restaurant or bar.
