Brilliant
I visit Newquay four times a year on these breaks and the best hotel is the Beresford on Tolcrane Road. I will be seeing you again in March. Thank for making my break a very nice one.

Enjoy!
Decor away from the public areas is dated, and the entertainment (with the exception of Caroline) would never feature in Las Vegas BUT...... .................. if you're looking for a spotlessly clean, warm, welcoming hotel with great staff and good food, you'll search hard to beat the Bay Beresford. Opt for the all inclusive package and there's a free bar in the evenings too. (19.30 - 22.30 hours). Thanks to everyone for a great weekend..... See you again SOON.

Well Done
We stayed here for a golden wedding anniversary and came away very happy, I am not going to say that everything was perfect but they are on the right track, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the small down side was that on two occasions a guest was smoking in the room and it stunk in the corridor, I did mention this to reception but got a negative response, as a non smoker I do not want to smell other peoples smoke, and can they put longer mirrors in the bathroom we are not all over 5 ft.
