The Royal is an impressive building of intricate architecture built in the ‘Free Renaissance’ style and boasting fantastic views over the beach and bay. Only a short stroll to the shops, seaside attractions and the famously beautiful harbour and marina, the location could not be better for exploring all that Weymouth has to offer. Despite its imposing structure, the Royal is enjoyed for its warm and friendly atmosphere. The hotel benefits from a games room and comfortable lounges in which to enjoy the entertainment. During the day you also have the option to relax in the public bar whilst you admire the views overlooking the bay.
The hotel does not have a car park. A public car park is located about 500 yards away. (Parking charges apply).

Short Break
We had a really relaxing time during our 3 night stay. Food good, nice staff and a clean room with beautiful view over the sea. The only fault I would mention is not putting the fact they supply parking permits on the web site as this nearly made us decide not to go. Glad we did!

What a Lovely Break Away!
We had a great time in our pre-run for Christmas it was all good fun. We found all the staff to be excellent and the hotel was lovely and looked great all decorated. The entertainment was good and catered for all ages, we like a disco and they obliged with that too. Karen and Steve the entertainers were excellent. All the staff were great, even Trevor the Porter was a laugh. The food was very good, in fact, we couldn't fault anything! Well done the Royal Hotel and Thanks!

Short Break
Very good value for money, good location and friendly staff. Food could be better, but for what you pay for it, it was really good value. Would go again for the price we paid.
