Our Superior Rooms are more spacious and tastefully refurbished, they offer luxurious beds, a 26 inch digital flat screen television. The spacious bathrooms have been refitted with shower over bath. These rooms also come with the facilities to make yourself a hot drink.
Our Standard Rooms are charming and have everything you would expect. The rooms have digital televisions, tea and coffee making facilities as well as an en-suite bathroom.

Just returned from a lovely 4 night break at The Carlton and just wanted to recommend it. Prime location for all things tourist on the front, free parking in front of the hotel and around the side (for self drivers like us), good food and lovely helpful staff. A really nice relaxing holiday :-)

This will be our 9th visit in July. We stayed in April and again had a wonderful time. The staff are great and the hotel is very comfortable. I know it needs work doing but each time we visit something have been updated. It takes time and money, but the staff make this hotel and that is one reason we keep going back. The food is always hot and good we have no complaints. Thank you again guys you all get a special mention because you all deserve it. Well done keep up the good work.

Just returned from yet another great stay at the Carlton. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, a credit to the company. The food was excellent with a good range of choice and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Also I was glad to see that a programme of refurbishment had finally begun and I'll be looking forward to seeing the results on my next visit.

Just arrived back from a 4 day break. Food very good housekeeping excellent, staff very friendly. But the hotel needs a bit of work doing on it. Would definitely stay again. we had a lovely room with side view of the sea great. Well be back.

The staff were excellent with their service, all meals piping hot. The menus had a very large selection of food and the staff served the meals rapidly. The entertainment was excellent as were the rooms. My wife and I will certainly use the Carlton again.

Good food and entertainment. The room was comfortable. All in all, probably the best UK hoilday we’ve had. Highly recommended. The Wroxham trip however was a dead loss, not much of any interest there.

Stayed Monday to Friday from 7th March. Would have to say that for the price we paid £138 each all inclusive the package really is excellent value for money. Meals were excellent good choice and always piping hot. Would agree with other comments that the hotel is due a refurbishment but don’t let this put you off as it is clean and comfortable. Entertainment every night was first class and all the staff are a credit to the company.

What a wonderful stay! All the staff are friendly and happy to help! Great selection of food and all extremely nice. Absolutely loved all of the acts during our stay, especially Helen Ashton, the best voice we have heard in years – warm, welcoming hostess! Look forward to our return and seeing Helen again.

Great, lovely old building. Good tasty food with excellent range of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would have given this hotel 4 stars but it is desperate need of a refurb.
